Free Replacement Policy

• Replacement must be requested within 30 days of original delivery
• Client must provide proof of traffic and ban
• Replacement subject to same quality standards

Our Rights

We retain the right to:

Third-Party Content

We ensure that all content created is original or properly licensed. We are not responsible for any intellectual property violations by third parties.

• Client must ensure content compliance with platform policies
• Client is liable for any legal issues arising from content use

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Force Majeure

• Natural disasters or emergencies
• Cybersecurity incidents

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before work begins
• Partial refunds available if work has started
• No refunds for completed projects
• Cancellation requests must be made via Telegram

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which includes:

• Full refund if work hasn't started
• Partial refund based on work completed
• No refund for completed and delivered projects
• Refund processing time: 5-10 business days

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringing on intellectual property rights
